For details step by step guide you can follow below process: Download the Ruby Installer Right Click and  Run as Administrator Click Yes and Select the language during installation and click OK. Check the “License Agreement” & Click Next. Check “Add Ruby executables to your PATH” & Click Install. Click Finish.
